If you want to find out more about joining First Baptist Church Rockville as a member, we will be holding a Discover FBC class on November 5th. We will have lunch together directly following service. Please let the church office or one of the pastors know if you wish to attend!

Fall Retreat 2023 will take place on October 20th-22nd!
There is a sign-up sheet on the table outside the sanctuary. Be sure to sign up, and anyone interested in chaperoning should sign up as well! Contact Chris for more information.

Our annual outing to Hobson Farm will take place on the evening of October 25th in lieu of our normal Team Kid and Youth Group meeting. Mark your calendars and plan to bring a friend or two!

Our Life Groups are an opportunity to get connected with members of our church and spend time in fellowship and the study of God's Word.
There are several Life Group studies available during this session, so if you would like to get connected with one, talk with Pastor Robert or Pastor Garry, or reach out to the church office and we'll provide information for you!

Coming to a manger near you!

We will begin casting and rehearsals for a Christmas musical soon! We are looking for kids from Kindergarten through 12th grade to be involved.

If you would like to help with costumes, sets, or in any other way contact Robert or Molly.

There will be more information about this in the coming weeks.

Team Kid is back Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 7:30pm immediately following our Wednesday night meal! Click the link below or grab a paper registration at church to get your child registered so check-in will be a breeze on Wednesday nights!

Prayer is a critical act of worship and we challenge all our members to be in prayer for those in the church body as well as those around them. Below is linked the prayer calendar for this month. Our church also meets twice weekly specifically to pray.

Prayer times:
Wednesday Nights - 6:30pm
Sunday Mornings - 9am in the prayer room

We still have food boxes available for those in need. If you or someone you know has need of food, do not hesitate to take advantage of them. Contact the office to let them know of a need, or simply come pick up a box and deliver it. Let us know if you do, so we can monitor what we have on hand. Please be in prayer that God will open doors to witness to those in need through this outreach.
If you would like to be involved in putting boxes together, contact Molly Blystone or Janine Sutton.

Please do not use the food box prep room for storage purposes. This room is intended to be used for storage and preparation of food boxes and food supplies only.

JV(middle school) and Varsity(high school) meet Wednesday nights at 5:30pm until 7:30pm. Come join us as we spend time in fellowship, worship, and study of God's word!
